Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex elements.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and empower them to file their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interfacing with customers via video/audio tools.

Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their taxes using TurboTax products, provide tax guidance, and perform full-service return preparation.
• Use government websites and resources to find accurate answers for customers.
