123Dentist is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada, with a focus on Quebec. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and works with the People & Culture team to attract top healthcare and dental talent.

Based in our Brossard, QC office, the position allows remote work with regular travel to industry events and schools to support recruitment efforts; fluency in French and working proficiency in English are required.

Qualificações

Location: Our office is located in Brossard, Quebec. This position is eligible for remote work; however, regular travel throughout the region is required to attend industry events, conferences, career fairs, and dental hygiene school events to support recruitment efforts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will deliver a high-quality talent acquisition service through full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates – while collaborating with hiring managers to develop and implement proactive recruitment initiatives.

You will play a key role in enhancing proactive recruitment strategies, developing talent pipelines, improving candidate experience, and optimizing talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier candidates. This role is based in our Brossard, Quebec office and requires fluency in French, as well as working proficiency in English, since you will collaborate with teams across the country, many of whom communicate primarily in English.

What You’ll Do

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation and postings to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans based on business needs
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations
• Engage in direct sourcing for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and professional interactions throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the job market and attract top-tier talent, including passive candidates
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
• Coach hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
• Collaborate with the HR and Payroll teams for a seamless transition from candidate selection to onboarding, and prepare employment agreements, offer letters, and other hiring documentation with accuracy

What You Bring

• Fluency in French is required (spoken and written), as this role is based in Quebec and recruits for Quebec-based teams
• Strong working proficiency in English is also required, as you will communicate regularly with teams, managers, and candidates located outside Quebec, where English is the primary language of communication
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment within the healthcare, dental, or professional services sector
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPHR/CHRP/CRHA designation or in progress is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques, including social media
• Experience using HRIS and ATS systems
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation, with a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools
