Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent and play a pivotal role partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and key partners to understand unique business and talent needs.
• Build candidate pipelines for existing and new roles throughout Canada.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via data mining in Canon’s ATS, LinkedIn, and other sources.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including phone screens, interviews, intake meetings, developing scorecards, and preparing and presenting offer letters.
• Update the ATS promptly to meet reporting deadlines.
• Support Human Resources Business Partners with administrative duties.

To Succeed, You Will Need

• Fluency in French and English.
• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to write attractive job descriptions and source resumes to achieve quality results.
• Substantial project and process management skills to manage requisition process from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical skills for data extraction and analysis from ATS.
• Refined time management to balance around 20 open requisitions and the needs of hiring managers and candidates.
