Join the Multi-Unit Insurance Servicing (MUIS) team, in the Specialist, Multi-Unit Servicing and Default Management position. The MUIS team supports Approved Lenders with insured multi-unit mortgages throughout the life of the Certificate of Insurance, including covenant amendments, borrower structure changes, and other mortgage loan insurance needs.
In this role, you will manage complex multi-unit servicing files and evaluate a variety of lender requests to ensure sound risk management practices are maintained. Working closely with lenders, and internal stakeholders, you will analyze risks, develop recommendations, and contribute to solutions that protect CMHC's interests while supporting a positive client experience and CMHC's mission to contribute to a well-functioning housing system.
