Staples Promotional Products is seeking a Special Order Customer Experience Representative in Vaughan, Canada. You will manage end-to-end special orders, act as the primary liaison for customers, sales teams, and vendors, and ensure accurate, timely, and profitable transactions.

The role requires bilingual English/French communication, a minimum of 2 years in customer service, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Sage or similar order systems is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with order processing systems and familiarity with promotional products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sourcing, quoting, entry, delivery, and invoicing for special orders.
• Serve as main contact for customers and vendors; provide quotes and track orders.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain order records in internal systems and support team with ad-hoc projects.
