This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Montreal with remote work, requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to travel to the United States for training if offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess the quality of software builds, bug fixes and releases.
• Test and certify defect fixes and new functionality through functional, regression, and integration tests.
• Document, communicate and elevate risks and issues clearly.
• Write defect reports based on testing results.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet timelines and objectives.
• Assist teams to deliver high-quality products to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ensure translations across multiple products are accurate.
