Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Engineer to perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and network gear. A company vehicle is provided for customer site travel and you will document work in the service tracking system.

Training includes a 4–6 week paid program in College Station, Texas. You should be perfectly bilingual in French and English to communicate with clients outside Quebec and be able to lift 50+ pounds, with travel up to

Qualifications

• Perfectly bilingual in French and English to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
• 2-3+ years of technical experience.
• Ability to attend a 6-week paid training class in the United States.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent communication, organized and personable.
• Good driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Computer education or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and maintenance support on computer equipment, printers, and network gear.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and document work in the service tracking system.
• Travel to customer sites in company vehicle.

Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Engineer for Reynolds and Reynolds, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and network equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Hardware you will be working with but not limited to

• Dell Servers
• PC's
• Switches / Routers
• Printers / Scanners
• Serial Converters & Serial Devices
• CSU/DSU Modems
• Fiber Converters

Training

You will attend a 4-6-week paid training course in College Station, Texas, US. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.

A company vehicle will be provided for all business-related use.

Requirements
