Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at our Toronto facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is CAD 59,000–CAD 73,000.

The position includes benefits from day one and requires fluency in French and English to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners inside and outside of Quebec. You will coordinate customer orders, communicate priorities, and collaborate with Field Service Technicians

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Bilingual French and English required to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Minimum two years customer service experience.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer advocate by communicating urgency to operations and escalating issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Work with team to achieve continuous improvement objectives (productivity, quality, safety).
• Promote proactive project management with internal partners and external customers regarding schedule, orders, logistics, and financials.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing activities using Lean tools.
• Manage daily phone and email activities; provide guidance and updates; back up colleagues as needed.
• Provide support for complex orders.
