Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years in technology solutions; 5+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, IaaS/PaaS, APIs, microservices.
• Experience delivering with Agile methods and Azure DevOps.
• Background in finance, HR, procurement, and risk systems.
• End-to-end solution delivery expertise: architecture, planning, estimation.
• Experience building high-availability, 24/7 enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication; bilingual French/English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and maintenance across multiple technology platforms.
• Oversee enterprise software solutions, including purchased and in-house apps.
• Lead, coach multiple internal/external developer teams.
• Coordinate internal/external resources for a unified team approach.
• Provide leadership and expertise on technology to one or more business sectors.
• Advise leaders to identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Position IT as a proactive, cost-effective partner for clients.
