Job summary
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Specialist, Software Engineering (D365 ERP) to lead the design, development, and customization of ERP solutions. You will work with internal clients to analyze needs, document processes, and implement integrated D365 features across CMHC systems.
The role requires at least 5 years of ERP experience, strong English/French communication, and familiarity with cloud services and DevOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 5+ years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.
- Expertise in ERP solutions implementation and customization.
- Experience with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and end-to-end solution projects.
- Familiarity with SDLC, IT services management, agile/lean, DevOps, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients to determine system needs and document processes.
- Design, develop, and customize ERP solutions and plugins.
- Create ERP forms, entities, fields, workflows, and processes.
- Develop integrations with CMHC systems and ensure data consistency.
- Implement security features and produce technical specifications.
- Support ongoing application maintenance and deliver custom reports.
- Complete SDLC projects and deploy solutions to production.
