Job summary

Teamtailor is expanding its partnerships in Canada, building a local market from the ground up within the North American GTM team. You will map the landscape, identify and onboard partners, and drive revenue growth in Canada using the global playbook.

You'll report to the Partnerships leadership and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across North America, traveling for events and partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building tech or channel partnerships in SaaS.
• Ability to drive partnerships toward revenue targets.
• Strong discovery, activation, and nurturing of partners.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and external events.
• Fluent in English and French; based in Toronto or willing to work there.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a revenue-generating portfolio of partnerships from ground up.
• Deploy global partnerships strategy to the Canadian market with local adaptation.
• Develop long-term relationships and drive growth in the region.
• Collaborate with North American GTM team and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor industry trends, benchmarks, and Teamtailor product to inform partner marketing.
• Roll up your sleeves and execute with resourcefulness.
