About the Role

The Partner Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving partner‑sourced lead generation and pipeline growth for Zaddons. This position is responsible for activating the partner ecosystem to identify, qualify, and progress Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) while ensuring operational rigor across partner data, deal flow, and reporting.

Acting as the connective tissue between partners, sales, and internal teams, this role ensures that partner‑generated opportunities are properly qualified, tracked, and converted into pipeline. The role combines hands‑on partner engagement, lead qualification, and operational execution to deliver measurable revenue impact through partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building pipeline through relationships, thrives in structured execution, and enjoys turning partner activity into tangible sales outcomes.

Be part of our team where each resource is recognized as a key player in our success!

Key Responsibilities
Partner‑Sourced Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Proactively engage with partners to identify, surface, and qualify partner‑sourced opportunities aligned with Zaddons’ target accounts and verticals.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for partner‑generated leads from identification through Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) qualification.
  • Assess lead quality in collaboration with sales and partnerships leadership to ensure alignment with qualification criteria.
  • Coach partners on lead identification expectations, qualification standards, and opportunity submission processes.
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and growth opportunities within partner‑sourced lead activity.
Pipeline & Deal Flow Management
  • Maintain accurate and timely partner‑sourced opportunity data across partner platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ensure clean pipeline visibility and consistent reporting for partner‑generated SALs and opportunities.
  • Coordinate opportunity progression with partners and internal sales teams to support momentum and accountability.
  • Prepare and participate in pipeline reviews and joint business reviews focused on partner‑sourced performance.
Partner Operations & Enablement
  • Track partner performance, commitments, and OKRs related to lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Execute partnership initiatives designed to increase partner‑sourced lead volume and quality.
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of partners with a focus on co‑selling and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Coordinate partner engagement activities such as enablement sessions, workshops, and targeted campaigns.
  • Contribute to the improvement of partner workflows, documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Capture partner and field feedback to inform ongoing program optimization.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in partner operations, partnerships, business development support, sales operations, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience supporting revenue‑generating programs or partner ecosystems, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner platforms; experience with UKG partner tools is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proven experience working cross‑functionally and with external stakeholders.
  • Postsecondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Desired Skills
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in partner‑facing contexts.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Resourceful problem‑solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Relationship‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Process‑driven with an interest in building scalable and repeatable operations.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities.

Here you have an opportunity to join a young, dynamic team, strong in its achievements and in full growth. You will have the opportunity to evolve in a dynamic environment where challenges are constant. As Zaddons is a constantly evolving company, new opportunities will arise for you.
