Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Senior Specialist for Multi-Unit Servicing and Default Management. This temporary full-time role builds a new servicing function, providing leadership, expert advice and coaching to ensure policy compliance and quality customer service across CMHC projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in commerce, business administration, law, real estate or finance.
• 7+ years in multi-unit underwriting, real estate appraisal, asset recovery, housing finance or default management.
• Knowledge of CMHC housing programs and mortgage loan insurance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in bilingual environment.
• Experience leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing operations for multi-unit housing portfolios and support to ensure CMHC policies are followed.
• Provide expert guidance to internal and external clients on complex servicing requests.
• Manage workflow, improve processes and implement initiatives for operational needs.
• Coordinate activities for the MU servicing portfolio on assigned projects.
• Communicate key decisions and interpret CMHC policies to stakeholders.
• Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of processes and strategy.
