Beyond Bilingual Inc. is seeking a Senior Investigator to independently manage a varied caseload involving banking and investment matters. The role requires careful analysis, sound judgment, and the ability to move complex, multi-issue files toward fair, well-supported outcomes.

The position offers hybrid work—approximately 2 days in-office weekly when in the GTA, or remote within Canada—and a salary up to CAD 105,000 plus bonus, with generous benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
• 5+ years’ experience dealing with investigations in the Financial Industry
• Extensive, directly relevant experience completing investment investigations
• Law or legal background
• University Degree
• MS Office knowledge
• Strong knowledge of either banking or investment products, the relevant legal and regulatory environment and applicable industry practices
• Strong judgment – independent decision making
• Demonstrated commitment to fairness and ethics
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills

Bilingual Senior Investigator

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: Hybrid - approximately 2 days per week in office on average if living in the GTA; remote if living outside the GTA within Canada

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours per week)

Salary: Up to $105,000 + bonus
