$80,000 - $110,000

Workplace Type:

For Investigators residing in the Greater Toronto Area this is a hybrid (2 days/week in office). Candidates residing anywhere in Canada will be considered.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior Investigator, you will play a critical role in the objective investigation and resolution of complaints. You will be assigned banking and investment cases involving a wide range of issues and complexity. Senior Investigators are expected to exercise independent judgement, reasoning and analysis and are required to manage moderate to high caseloads. Your strong knowledge of the banking or investment industry and products, as well as relevant legal and regulatory environments will be important in this role. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
