As a Senior Consultant in People Development & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic leadership development initiatives for our clients, bringing deep expertise in executive coaching, psychometric assessments, and the end-to-end learning and development value chain. With the gravitas to engage senior leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping client organizations build leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous development and growth, and you will be responsible for ensuring consistent high quality, timely delivery of relevant learning solutions to our clients.
