Bilingual (French/English) Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a sales professional dedicated to our mission of promoting language learning and prospecting daily. Success requires a self-driven, intelligent, organized, and motivated individual with a proven track record of identifying and developing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through database and lead management
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers daily
- Collaborate effectively as a team-player to meet customer needs
- Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges
- Lead initiatives and utilize available tools to assist customers in traveling for language courses abroad
- Organize and promote relationship-building activities, including fairs and exhibitions
- Work flexible hours, including weekly late shifts and occasional weekend coverage; additional hours as needed
- Achieve and surpass sales targets
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of sales or recruitment experience; recent graduates with strong experience are encouraged to apply
- Goal-oriented and competitive team spirit
- Creative with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of managing projects independently
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year
- Previous study abroad or sales experience is preferred
- This is a full-time role based in our downtown office
