Job description

What the day will look like
  1. Create and implement sales processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency in marketing and onboarding of new clients.
  2. Support market research to identify new business opportunities and prospect lists.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with Aon producers.
  4. Coordinate client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  5. Assist in preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
  6. Support the creation and distribution of agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for meetings.
  7. Create and maintain client databases, primarily Aon Connect.
  8. Track proposals and sales activities, provide feedback to management.
  9. Support producers in generating meetings for the practice.
  10. Develop Aon IQ and Health Solutions knowledge.
  11. Assist in developing marketing campaigns and sales strategies to enable business growth.
  12. Maintain diligent CRM practices via Aon Connect, keep regular contact with prospects, and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets.

  2. Strong business development and process development skills.
  3. Ability to manage business development activities, projects, and reporting.
  4. Detail-oriented and results-driven; capable of balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to Aon's success.
  7. University degree is preferred.
  8. Bilingual in French and English is preferred due to frequent interactions with clients and colleagues in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and internationally.
