Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking a bilingual Sales Specialist to drive revenue by building strong relationships with contractors, architects and customers.

You will define and execute sales plans, expand market share and educate staff on products while coordinating with suppliers. The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to travel across Ontario.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in related field
• College Diploma or Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred
• Authorized to work in Canada and able to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales.
• Grow new business by providing solutions for contractors, architects and customers.
• Define, build, implement and monitor the Sales Plan, including targets and priorities.
• Create action plans for defined sales targets and collaborate with suppliers to execute plans.
• Educate customers and staff on products; manage samples and educational stock levels.
• Manage customer payments and credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections and AR adjustments.
