PBS Systems seeks a bilingual Project Manager to lead software conversion projects for automotive dealership clients. You will coordinate client training, oversee data conversion, and manage third‑party integrations, acting as the main client contact and driving project planning and communication.

This remote role is based in the Montreal area, with up to 50% travel to client sites across North America, ensuring customer satisfaction, data integrity, and seamless system adoption.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1–3 years experience in car dealership or automotive industry is an asset.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management workflows.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA up to two weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software conversion projects including planning, organizing, and executing all implantation activities.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee customer training and ensure training materials are current and effective.
• Maintain data conversion plans and ensure data integrity and security.
• Establish integrations with third‑party systems and ensure overall functionality.
• Provide regular project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
