Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires college or university degree in Business Administration, Project/Construction Management and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Written and spoken French/English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong planning, priority management and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must hold all documents to work legally in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external colleagues and subcontractors; build relationships.
• Act as main liaison between operations and the Account Manager.
• Oversee project progress from post-sale through delivery; coordinate with production, transport and installation teams; prepare billing docs.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers; assign tasks and communicate deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and track costs; ensure timely invoicing of completed projects.
• Apply project management principles: planning, scope of work, timelines, quality control, risk management.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Facilitate meetings; track action items and milestones.
• Measure project performance to identify improvements.
• Schedule meetings and prepare minutes.
