Job summary

Foliot Furniture in Saint-Jérôme seeks a Client Project Manager to bridge sales promises and client realities, guiding projects from kickoff to installation while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with sales, planning, production, logistics and service teams; maintain accurate records in SAP, monitor timelines, and communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations, address issues, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• DEC or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in account management or project coordination.
• Bilingual French/English; English proficiency tested.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact once the order is confirmed.
• Gather and validate information to coordinate the project.
• Respond to client requests throughout the process.
• Coordinate all stages from planning to delivery and installation.
• Ensure up-to-date information in internal systems (SAP).
• Work closely with sales, planning, purchasing, production, logistics, installation, and after-sales service.
• Handle service calls and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Take part in improving project management processes.
