Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Coordinate materials detailing, sourcing, and production worksheets.
• Manage scheduling, shipping, and installation of project materials.
• Coordinate with accounting on contracts and change orders; assist collections.
• Conduct postmortems to improve processes and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with contractors.
• Communicate changes with general contractors and issue change orders promptly.
