You will review production orders and subpoenas, investigate financial data, prepare confidential documentation, and manage multiple cases with deadlines. A hybrid schedule and strong English/French communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, fraud investigations, legal documentation, compliance or case management preferred.
• Strong investigative thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and deadlines independently.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence reviewing financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

• You’ll review production orders, subpoenas and formal requests from law enforcement agencies.
• You’ll investigate transaction records, search internal databases and gather relevant financial information.
