Qualifications

• Perfect bilingual communication (French & English).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to enforce deadlines respectfully.
• Buildertrend experience is a major asset.
• Basic understanding of reading floor plans and design documents.
• Calm, professional client-facing demeanor.
• 3+ years experience in selections coordination or similar role.
• College diploma (DEC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their selections process in Buildertrend.
• Clarify selection steps and answer process-related questions.
• Schedule supplier meetings and follow-up with clients to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all selections are fully documented and complete.
• Transfer client selections into clear internal specifications.
• Upload all technical sheets, approvals, and documents into Buildertrend.
• Maintain accurate, organized electronic project files.
• Confirm all approvals are signed before project commencement.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients.
• Update internal teams with finalized details & clarify ambiguities.
• Identify potential delays early and escalate proactively.
• Document every step to ensure a clean handoff into construction.
