Key Responsibilities

• Execute bi‑weekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, manage payroll data, conduct thorough audits, and ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Maintain and assist in updates to the payroll system to enhance efficiency.
• Provide total rewards support—partner with Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer benefits and retirement schemes.
• Deliver exceptional service to managers and employees, resolving payroll inquiries and collaborating with HR.

What You Bring to the Table

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a strong emphasis on Canadian payroll.
• In‑depth knowledge of payroll regulations across Canada and proficiency in payroll systems.
• Bilingual in English and French (required).
