Job summary

WELL Health Technologies Corp is seeking a detail‑oriented, bilingual Payroll & HR Coordinator to support payroll operations for Quebec (QC) and related HR activities. The role requires English and French fluency, strong data management, and the ability to work across HR and Finance to ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will manage end‑to‑end payroll for QC, assist with onboarding, maintain confidential records, and support year‑end activities and compliance with provincial legislation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience, preferably in a multi-provincial environment.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec payroll legislation.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is an asset.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for QC employees accurately and on time.
• Manage onboarding activities including payroll setup, employee documentation, and system entries.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, including deductions and remittances.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in English and French with professional customer service.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Support HRIS implementation activities and system transitions to ADP.
• Assist with year-end activities including T4 and RL-1 preparation.
• Identify payroll discrepancies and resolve issues with attention to detail.
