Job summary

The House of Commons Administration is seeking a Pay and Benefits Advisor to provide expert pay and benefits services for Members, staff, and partners. This fixed-term, full-time role requires bilingual English and French communication and a calm, client-focused approach.

You will administer regulations, interpret policies, and leverage Phoenix Pay System along with HR software and MS Office to deliver accurate payroll and benefits guidance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in a related field (HR, Finance, Administration) or equivalent.
• Experience with pay, pension and benefits administration.
• Experience interpreting regulations and collective agreements and applying policies.
• Experience using the Phoenix Pay System and HR software.
