The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service, an Administrative Assistant / Medical Office Assistant Certificate is a strong asset, and familiarity with VAC processes and third-party billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Administrative Assistant / Medical Office Assistant Certificate a strong asset.
• Experience in the Medical Cannabis industry is an asset.
• Experience on VAC processes.
• Experience on 3rd party billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide assistance to patients.
• Process and manage client documentation with strict attention to detail.
• Inform clients on current regulations and policies affecting access to medical cannabis.
• Update and process documents in the CRM database.
• Execute outbound patient outreach programs to improve engagement and retention.
