ParaMed Home Health Care in Ottawa seeks a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients and field staff, delivering exceptional service in English and French while coordinating care requests and supporting service delivery.

The role includes assigning staff to patients, building care schedules, and maintaining accurate records in a computerized system. Strong English/French communication and customer service are essential.

• One year administrative or office experience is an asset.
• Scheduling experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families.

Responsibilities
