Blackline Safety Corp. is seeking an overnight Alert Management Specialist to monitor real-time safety alerts, manage emergencies, and provide frontline support to customers.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, clear communication, and adherence to escalation protocols. Applicants should have a post-secondary credential in a related field (asset) and at least 3 years of customer service experience, with bilingual English/French proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent written & spoken French and English required.
• Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese) is a plus.
• Ability to manage data accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety incidents through real-time alert systems.
• Manage emergency alerts following escalation protocols.
• Respond calmly to critical situations while maintaining composure.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for triggered alerts.
• Inform lone workers of potential hazards based on weather/road conditions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on safety incidents and resolutions.
