Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Bilingual English/French for client and partner communication outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service calls and schedule technician/pipefitter interventions with consideration for emergencies, logistics and required skills.
• Assist the Director in daily operations and process optimization.
• Collaborate across departments to manage parts and materials for service jobs.
• Follow up on internal labor requests and contribute to resource planning to meet deadlines.
