Job summary

Thermotech Combustion FDC inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and follow-up of shop fabrication projects such as pumping skids, modular units, and combustion systems.

You will coordinate between clients, design, and production teams to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets, while leading cross-functional teams and managing change orders.

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in production management engineering, building mechanics, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (integrated inventory and project management).
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan fabrication projects and define milestones.
• Lead kickoff meetings with production and procurement to ensure materials availability.
• Monitor shop-floor progress; adjust schedules for unforeseen issues.
• Manage budgets; approve supplier invoices and changes.
• Prepare progress reports and document scope changes.
