Job summary

Medavie in Canada is hiring for a permanent role supporting our group medical underwriters. You will analyze and manage underwriting requests, prepare documentation, and administer invoicing and information systems while communicating with clients.

You will interact with clients, physicians, and other departments by phone, applying your strong administration skills and a whatever-takes attitude in a dynamic healthcare environment. Bilingual English/French is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service or other relevant experience.
• Clear and concise communicator through email, letter and phone.
• Whatever it takes attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Thrive in an environment of change.
• Able to multitask across multiple software applications.
• Medical or insurance background is a bonus.
• Bilingual English and French required for duties across Canada.
