Medavie is seeking a Medical Underwriting Coordinator to support our group medical underwriters, analyze underwriting requests, prepare documentation, and manage invoicing while maintaining data accuracy.

In a fast-paced Canadian environment you will communicate with clients, physicians and multiple departments by phone and email, using several software applications. Bilingual English/French is required with a post-secondary credential and an adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration, customer service, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Able to multitask across multiple software applications.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to medical underwriters and analyze underwriting requests.
• Prepare documentation and manage invoicing.
• Interact with clients, physicians and other departments by phone.
• Maintain information systems and ensure data accuracy.
