Medavie is seeking a Client Solutions Administrator to manage interfaces and eligibility files for the group insurance program. You will perform daily data loading and validation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely processing.
You will drive process improvements, automate tools, and assist with autoload implementations and system maintenance, maintaining high data quality and meeting deadlines.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing interfaces and administering eligibility files for the group insurance business. In this role, you will perform daily tasks related to data loading and validation. You will work in close communication with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
You will employ a process improvement approach, make recommendations and foster automation in the development of tools to facilitate the administration of group insurance plans. You may also be called upon to work on the implementation of new autoloads and/or maintenance.
Education: College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Language skills : Fully bilingual (French/English): English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec who operate primarily in English.

$53,235 - $66,544 CAD
The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
