Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support VetStrategy and related clinics across our network. The role involves coordinating campaigns, creating bilingual content, and translating materials, with a focus on Quebec and French-English communications.

This is a remote 14-month position reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with marketing specialists, manage time-sensitive projects, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns while maintaining brand voice

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Highly service-oriented with organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong time management with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or business administration.
• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
• Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Industry Event Support: Coordinate event booth marketing with Talent Acquisition to promote our company to veterinary professionals.
• Campaign & Project Coordination: Collaborate to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Managing Ad-hoc Marketing Requests: Respond to marketing needs from practices in Quebec; advise on content and channels.
• Content Creation: Work with designers to create content for digital and traditional channels.
• French translations and copywriting: Translate, write, proofread, and ensure brand voice consistency across communications.
