Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a customer-oriented sales associate to promote loan and protection products across Canada. You will understand customer needs to tailor financial solutions and manage the entire sales process from application to closing, both in person and online.

About the role

What we are looking for

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
• Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada. (50% English, 50% French). The candidate will be expected to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, handle documentation, and conduct sales and service activities in both English and French on a daily basis.
