Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to recommend tailored financial solutions and manage the entire sales process from application to closing, both in person and virtually.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and staying aligned with personal and team sales goals, with credit assessments and payments

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
