Fairstone Bank is seeking a driven sales professional to promote loan and protection products in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will assess customer needs, propose suitable financial solutions, and guide the entire sales process from application to closing.

In collaboration with a dynamic team, you will build lasting relationships, meet individual and team targets, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.

• Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base hourly rate range of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
