Fairstone Bank, a leading alternative lending bank in Canada, is seeking a dynamic sales-focused individual for the Town of Caraquet, NB. You will actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced environment, understand client needs, and guide them from application to closing.

You will work in a bilingual capacity (French and English) with customers across Canada, build lasting relationships, manage the full sales process, and strive to meet or exceed targets while

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
• Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (30% English, 70% French)

What you can expect - pay & process

• Expected base hourly rate of $20.05, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
