Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a results-driven sales professional to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced environment across Canada. You will understand customer needs to tailor financial solutions and manage the sales process from application to closing.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual French/English communication is required to serve a diverse client base across Canada.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-first mindset and delivering value.
  • Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (40% in French and 60% in English).
