Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business across Canada. You will actively promote loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and tailor solutions to customer needs.

You will manage the entire sales cycle from application to closing, build trust through outstanding service, and collaborate with teammates to hit individual and team targets while performing credit checks and handling payments and overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Must communicate in both French and English with customers across Canada (50% English, 50% French).

Responsibilities

About the role:

Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
