Qualifications

• LLQP licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing.
• Bilingual — comfortable selling in English and French.
• 2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment.
• Genuinely passionate about helping clients — not just closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Have consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs.
• Build genuine, lasting client relationships beyond the first policy placement.
• Manage inbound and outbound call opportunities in a structured, supported environment.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
