Job summary

Specialty Life Insurance is seeking Licensed Life Insurance Advisors (LLQP) to join a remote, Canada-wide team. You will engage in consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients, focusing on life insurance needs and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

LLQP & AMF licensed with provincial licensing in good standing.
Bilingual – comfortable selling in English and French.
2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and remote-work self-motivation.
Genuine passion for helping clients, not just closing deals.

Responsibilities

Have consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs.
Build lasting client relationships beyond initial policy placement.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a structured, supported environment.
Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Continuously develop skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration.
