Job summary

SYSTRA Canada is seeking a computer technician to join our IT team in Montreal. You will provide technical support to users, manage requests in the ticketing system, and install and configure hardware and software across the organization.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and user support processes is required. Bilingual French-English communication is essential to serve our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• DEC or DVS in computer-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage priorities.
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
• Process requests and resolve them using the ticketing system.
• Install hardware and software components for users.
• Configure equipment, perform installations, and monitor performance.
• Write and update computer documentation.
• Update hardware and software inventory.
• Participate in IT projects and equipment updates.
• Stay informed about industry technological developments.
• Perform tasks requested by the IT manager.
