Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an IT business analyst to transform business requirements into concrete solutions. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on pension plans and employee benefits, collaborating with implementation teams to design ergonomic, accessible web applications.

You will participate in all stages of the development cycle, from requirements gathering to documentation, and you will engage internal clients through strategic partnerships for rapid deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in complex systems.
• Fluent bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and participate in high-level design and estimation.
• Design software solutions aligned with architecture and roadmap.
• Develop functional specs and required system changes with non-functional considerations.
• Provide technical leadership during incidents to ensure effective resolution.
• Produce user documentation and release notes.
