Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Systems Analyst III to lead health and welfare benefits implementations for large clients. You will configure and deploy our software, diagnose complex issues, and translate business needs into effective technical configurations.

You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborating with teammates while growing your expertise in benefits systems and healthcare technology. A strong emphasis on communication and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years IT, system configuration, or implementation experience.
• Must-have SQL expertise; MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus.

• Configure and deploy Health & Welfare software for major clients.
