Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an Associate Implementation Analyst to design and configure our benefits solutions for clients. You will partner with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality implementations.

The role requires a IT/Systems background, 5+ years of IT experience, strong SQL/MS SQL skills, and hands-on ASP/ASP.NET/HTML/JavaScript capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Ability to review logs and troubleshoot issues systematically.

Responsibilities

• Configure proprietary benefits software and implement client solutions using established tools.
• Provide maintenance and technical support to clients and internal teams with clear explanations.
• Analyze business requirements and design configuration approaches aligned to client needs.
• Set quality standards, meet project schedules, and provide realistic estimates.
