TELUS Health is seeking a Systems Analyst III for Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations in Canada. Join our implementation team to configure and deploy our health & welfare software for major clients, driving impact for thousands of employees.

You will analyze business requirements, collaborate in an Agile environment, and develop smart configurations while growing expertise in benefits and healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3-5 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• 3-5 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation

Your technical toolkit:

• Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus)
• Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps
• Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
